BSI Community Yard Sale 2026

This is a BSIA Social Committee sponsored event.

DATE: Saturday February 21, 2026

TIME: 7:00am – 3:00pm

TO PARTICIPATE: Please complete the Yard Sale Registration form.

ADVERTISING

BSIA will place paid public ads in the Charlotte Sun and announcements on Nextdoor and Facebook.

Participants may place additional advertisements for their specific address, and/or specific items, at their own expense.

MAP

BSIA will create a map of participating addresses, which will be available on the BSIA website (and advertised as such).

• Registration deadline to be included on the map is Sunday February 8. 2026.
• BSIA members may be included on the map at no charge.
• Non-BSIA members must contribute $5 to be included on the map.

PERMIT

Each participating address requires a free permit from the City of Punta Gorda. Click HERE to apply.
