MULTI-FAMILY CONDOS IN BSI

Our community has experienced an explosion of multifamily condominiums built to serve new arrivals and also to a growing segment of owners moving from single family homes.

So far, four primary multifamily complexes have been developed which offer a variety of lifestyle choices.

Mondovi Bay Villas –

Mondovi Bay is a beautiful condominium complex consisting of 52 units. There are 10 buildings that have 4 units each and 12 duplex units. The Villa Grande Condominiums of Burnt Store Isles is a planned community of 74 units. They feature single story duplexes with two car garages and landscaped to include paver style driveways. A recreation center complete with a swimming pool and clubhouse is included in the community amenities. These spacious condos are located on Monaco Drive and Albacete Circle.

Vizcaya -

Thirty-six (36) Mediterranean style coach homes known as "Vizcaya at Burnt Store Isles, a condominium" are located at 3959 San Rocco Drive overlooking the Burnt Store Isles Golf Course in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Vizcaya offers two different units. Unit "A" main level offers 2,691 square feet and Unit "B" upper level offers 3,321 square feet.
