Quick Crab Quiche


Pastry for 9 inch deep dish pie
3 eggs, beaten
1-6 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1-2.8 oz can fried onion rings, crushed
1-8 oz carton sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry.  Trim excess pastry around edges, fold edges under.  Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.  Remove from oven and gently prick with a fork.   Bake 5 minutes longer.   Remove from oven and cool.
Combine remaining ingredients mixing well.   Spoon into cool pastry shell, bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 
Yield one 9-inch quiche.
