Pudding Dessert
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
½ cup pecans
18 oz. cream cheese
1 large carton Kool Whip
2 pkgs pistachio pudding - instant
3 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
First layer: mix flour, butter and pecans. Put in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Second layer: mix together, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Kool Whip. Put on top of first layer.
Third layer, whisk together pudding and milk. Spread on second layer and cover with remaining cool whip.
Refrigerate.
