PEACH PIE 

(can substitute plums or mix the two)

Crust:    1 c flour                1 T sugar
                 1 egg white          1 stick margarine
Blend together and refrigerate overnight

Fruit:      1/3 c sugar           1 T tapioca pudding
                  1/2 T flour
                   8-10 peaches/plums (quartered) or
                        whatever fills your pie plate
Mix all together

- Put crust in pie shell form;  top with fruit; 
  sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake 350 approx 40 min
