Double Decker Grilled Cheese Sandwich (option with ham)

Cooking Time:  Fry 4 – 6 minutes

Preparation:
Spread two pieces of bread with butter completely (for even browning when frying).  Take 1 bread slice, butter side out, and add 1 ½ pieces of cheese.  Place unbuttered bread, and then add remaining cheese slices on top of it.  Place remaining piece of buttered bread, butter out, on the sandwich.  Cook in medium hot skillet until lightly brown.  Flip to do both sides.

Note:  Four pieces of shaved ham can be added, two pieces per side of sandwich for added taste.  This can be chopped into bite size pieces so meat does not pull out of sandwich with one bite.
