COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
1 lb pre-made Italian style cocktail meatballs [found in frozen
foods]
Sauce:
1-14oz bottle chili sauce or ketchup
1-5oz jar grape jelly
1 small onion, minced
handful of golden raisins
1-3 tsp Dijon mustard
In a 1.5 qt casserole, mix sauce ingredients well.
Put meatballs into sauce and stir.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
May also be microwaved until heated thoroughly.
Can also be made in a crock pot and let simmer for a couple hours on low.
The longer they marinate in the sauce, the better.
Serve hot with toothpicks.
