Chafing Dish Crab
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
6 -7 oz. crab meat fresh or canned
1 tbs. crab juice
2 tbs. grated onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
sliced almonds, toasted
paprika
Mix first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Chill at least 1 hour. Pour into covered casserole dish.Bake @ 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot in the middle. Serve in chafing dish with toasted, sliced almonds and paprika on top. Serve with Frito's dip chips.
Note: This recipe is such a hit I usually make a double batch.
