Catfish Baked Fillets

Cooking Time: Bake 30 to 40 minutes
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Dip fillets in egg and milk batter (Tabco option) and drag thru crushed crackers
(or crushed cereal of choice) coating both sides well. Grease or spray a
baking pan with butter. Place fish on pan skin side up, sprinkle with ground
pepper and salt. Drizzle full length with butter. Place chopped onions
on top and sprinkle quarter of a teaspoon of parsley on each fillet. Bake
at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or point of flaking.
Comments Following Serving:
Fish can share a common oven with frozen sweet potato fries. Place fish in
10 minutes early.
